spagetti and meat balls (via K. P.) During the parade I correctly identified this costume as the Flying Spaghetti Monster, god of the atheists. The man wearing it seemed delighted that someone had belted out the correct name of his costume. It seems ironic to me that it took him walking by a church, where I and my friends were, before this came to pass.
